High for the day: (Beside seeing family members...) Seeing the Salt Lake Temple again
Low: Leaving my cute family
Thursday Val was induced since she couldn't convince the baby to come out otherwise.
High: (Other than seeing my neice...) Playing Skip-Bo with my mom and an epidural-loving, laboring sister. And, watching Brian Regan clips on Dan's iPhone. (Look Brian up on You Tube. It's worth it!)
Low: Charlee making a fashionably late and dramatic appearance. (Using past labors as our reference point, we thought the baby would come way before noon since the doctors started the induction at 7am. Instead, we waited--somewhat patiently--until 3:30 pm)
Friday we nannies bought groceries, cleaned the house and took care of two cute siblings that were confused as to why their mom and dad were staying at "the Doctor's." "Did the doctor say that was okay?"
High: (Beside kissing baby cheeks...) Hanging out with Nanna and seeing my dad, who took a day off work to come see me in Utah. Well, the baby was probably a draw as well. :0)
Low: Pierce has a bad habit of leaving the house without notice. If he can hear his friends playing out in their court, he goes out to play. My California instinct didn't like this little plan.
Saturday the baby (oh, and Val) got to come home. Also, my other cute siblings-in-law brought more nieces from Provo to visit! Thanks, guys!
High: Seeing Val's 4-year-old get very excited to see that his mom had ANOTHER baby in her tummy. (Sorry, Val. Seems your baby fat is not quite gone yet.)
Low: Leaving cute baby cheeks (but returning to see 4 sets of cute boy cheeks at home.)

Thanks for the post... I LOVE you wonderful nieces! I wish you all many happy days with your darling little children. Aunt Kayla
What a sweet baby! Val looks awesome in that last picture, doesn't even look like she just had a baby!
I was counting it up and the Turners will be just one short of the number of grandchildren that the Harris family has. How does that work?!
Congrats to Val! What exciting news. Her little baby is TOO beautiful! Nothing better than brand new babies. Tell her congrats from me, will ya?
What a fun trip for you!
